The Ferngrove Chalets offer a unique experience of staying at a scenic, working winery in the beautiful Frankland River region of the Great Southern.

The Frankland River has a Mediterranean climate which as well as being ideal for viticulture, the region also provides the perfect setting for a relaxing nature-based holiday.

Lake Poorrarecup– A stunning salt lake, perfect for picnicking, swimming, and water skiing. (39km from our winery)

Family-Friendly Fun– The Frankland River town features a children’s playground and pump track, complete with BBQ facilities.

Outdoor Adventures:

1. Stirling Range National Park – A must-see for hiking enthusiasts.
2. Mount Frankland – Stunning lookout and various walking trails (1 hour south).
3. The Porongurups – Home to bushwalks, scenic lookouts, wineries, and Castle Rock’s Skywalk (just over an hour away).

Day Trip Destinations– Explore the charming nearby towns of Albany, Denmark, Manjimup, Walpole, and Mt Barker. The magnificent Jarrah and Karri forests of Manjimup and Pemberton are a must see, as well as Walpole’s famous Tree-Top Walk in the Valley of the Giants.

Our chalets have a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ facilities, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a television. Please note no WIFI is available at the chalets.

Frankland River is an hour away from the nearest shopping centre so we do recommend you take food with you. All linen is provided and the chalets can sleep up to six people.

Chalet Rates:

• One night: $140 per night for 2 people
• Two or more nights: $130 per night for 2 people.
• Extra person: $15 extra per additional person/night.
• $100 per night twin share for 7 nights consecutively.
