TERMS & CONDITIONS
We strive to make your membership of The Grove as flexible and easy as possible.
Your first dozen delivery is shipped upon joining. Subsequent deliveries are shipped in February, May, August and November.
We keep your credit card details strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your nominated credit card will be charged one day prior to dispatch.
You may cancel, skip or delay your automated deliveries at any time at least 24 hours prior to your next delivery being processed. No fees or penalties apply. You must contact us on 08 9363 1391 or wineclub@ferngrove.com.au to cancel, skip or delay.Â
You may change your wine selection with each delivery. A reminder email will be sent one week prior to processing, including the date for all wine changes to be received. Your initial wine selection will be maintained until you make a change.
We endeavour to supply your selected wines and vintages; however, this is dependent on availability at the time of processing. We will notify you of unavailable wines and recommend a substitute. You may amend this suggestion prior to processing.
You must notify us of changes to your address, delivery instructions or credit card details at least 24 hours prior to your next delivery being processed. These changes may be made by contacting us at wineclub@ferngrove.com.au or 08 9363 1391.Â
