The Frankland River region is also home to some of Western Australia's most beautiful landscapes, with breathtaking views that showcase this unique pocket of Western Australia. The Stirling and Porongurup ranges frame the region. Further south you can overlook the Mount Frankland National Park or explore the natural wonders of our Valley of the Giants – walking 40 meters up in the tree tops . Nearby Albany, Denmark and Mount Barker are just an 1 to 1 ½ hours’ drive away, so visitors can take a day trip out to our haven and return back to the townships for the night or stay in one of our homely self-contained chalets on site.
